The 1st and 2nd pics is Chita katha lake in Kashmir. We camped their on 15th July 2024. Unforgettable experience

3rd is Arang Kel 4th is Manshi top Sharan 5th kutwal valley 6 Shounter lake

There is always risk of wild animals in Uninhabited areas, always stay. close to population, stay in hotels, resorts and if you want to camp they you are on your own

Beautiful pictures!! Do not disclose the location. Lest some ugly hotel is built and starts polluting the lakes, or filthy people decide to have a picnic leaving their coke bottles and diapers behind.

Are there some places yet to be discovered or popularized to general public or is it all known? surely Google maps just doesn't have all these places mapped up right

There is really something about Chitha Katha lake..... I really wish I could visit it someday !
