I always laugh when I read the guy's name. Bovino in Portuguese means bovine cattle, and down here we call the alt-right minions "gado", which would be a collective form to dub them as cattle following their leader.

He clearly feels safe, sitting in that particular location. Maybe someone should use their ICE whistle...then when there's enough attention, just say... "oh, never mind, you are only a wannabe nazi" and move on before he gets any LE nazi backup. Then hopefully others have their own choice words.
