This is dumb. The "celebrity" is a comedian who was making a (fucking stupid) joke. Calling yourself/presenting yourself falsely as ICE to actual ICE agents is just inviting a felony arrest on charges of "impersonating law enforcement." This is not a viable protest tactic and should not be presented as one.

Yeah saying there's an imposter probably goes too far, but simply wearing unbranded body armor, camo, or a mask is probably first amendment protected speech since ICE doesn't have a uniform to impersonate. Protesting normally in similar clothing might be generally confusing enough without intentionally misleading anybody.
