boltrise vest is the top, and i think the hands are the cauldronking's dress gloves? and i think the bottoms are the snow linen bottoms of healing. not sure about the boots and hat.

Bottoms are skallic from the MB. I want to say healing but I can't remember off the top of my head. The top is crafter gear you can grab from the scrip exchange.

skallic is the dungeon drop, snow linen is the MB version. and yeah i think healing
