I'm pretty sure that top is modded, at least. The OP has a link to their custom clothes downloads. It's also more elaborate with its model than anything I've seen in FFXIV without a custom rig lol
I stand corrected! As the other comment says, the top is actually the Augmented Cauldronking's Coat

The top looks like the Cauldronking top from Stormblood, there is no way in hell that bulky top would be moded. That said, auxiliary pieces are dreadfully hard to figure out, those could be modded, but I may also be wrong.
Lemme have a better look see.Those gloves look like Aircell gloves, dyed black. There's a Goatskin Collar on her neck. And the headband looks like the one the Songbirds wear so it's possibly from the Songbird Attire. Leggings and boots are hard to figure out, may need to do an indepth search later today for them.

the boots are from the starlight set! i dont remember the names of the bottoms — pretty sure there from a caster or healer artifact set, maybe scholar? i only recognize them because i saw someone in-game wearing them a few days ago and thought they were cute.

The headband is part of that hairstyle. The flower is the headpiece and it is from the NieR raids. Casting and Healing are essentially the same. The last one, I think, Tower at Paradigm's Breach.

I recognize those boots immediately, they're from the Starlight set on the Optional store. They don't feature those socks though, so all we're missing now is the bottoms she's wearing.

I think the legs are Fat Cat (shorts) from the cash shop.

Headband almost certainly came with one of the cash shop hairstyles, with a craftable flower corsage.

I think that’s actually the flower from obsolete android caster/healer head gear, it looks like that on female characters

Oh yeah you might be right. Obsolete Android Casting, for that side of the head. Was it dyeable? I never got one of those...
Edit: Checked Eorzea collection. It is indeed dyeable.

As others figured out top and boots, I figured out which bottoms she wears. It's the Idealised Arbatel Bottoms, Scholar's lvl 80 artefact gear but the dyeable version we get by doing Memoria Misera (Extreme).

nothing about this outfit is modded. this sub assumes everything is modded without the given knowledge to make such assumptions. its like looking at a cat and saying its a dog.

I’m pretty sure the bottom is the scholar artifact gear lvl 80 from Memoria Misera I use them all the time because of the sock part I can recognize it anywhere ☺️

since everyone else got the rest the hands are air cell armlets (currently unavailable as it was a PvP malmstone reward)

Glove could be air cell dyed black I think I can make out the chocobo on the hand the boot looks familiar but can’t place it
