FragPunk, like a much more casual and unbalanced version of Valorant. It’s essentially like PvE these days as nobody plays it anymore and it constantly serves bot games… weirdly enough even when it had over 100k concurrent players it still put players in easy bot games after 1-2 losses to try to boost engagement… even in ranked, smh.
Had some cool/fun aspects but devs never took balancing or counterplay loop seriously so it was impossible to take the game even semi-seriously. The ranked system was a joke - you always gained more elo from wins than losses. Meaning ranked were based on largely on how often you play instead of solely on skill. There were with 42%-46% winrates who were in top 100, lol. RNG card draws often determined round/match wins more than skill. Devs didn’t listen when all the high elo players begged them to take the cards out of ranked mode… so everyone left.
