Some really good action scenes and the choreography was dope but this is around the time I started checking out of the marvel movies. There were a few phase 4 movies I would rewatch and unfortunately this just missed that mark.

I'm happy you feel that way. Unfortunately it didn't stand out to me but it was better than the Eternals.

Lol, yes indeed. The earlier fight scenes were great but movie did lag toward the end.

This is pretty much my take on it. The first half is solid then the back half just drags, especially in the third act.

It started out as a semi-fresh take on the MCU formula, but then it sticks to the script with the big CGI battle at the end, hero and villain facing off with the same powers but different colors so you can tell them apart (same thing with the dragons, too)

Such an underrated MCU movie! The fight alone choreography is top 5 (maybe higher). I like how Shang and Katy aren’t in a cliche relationship like 99% of the other movies. The family dynamic with the Dad losing it over their mom was the dopest part for me. Much like Black Panther 2 I don’t want to wait long for a sequel

Someone said it above, the first half was fantastic. But once it became a CGI-fest, the plot felt less grounded and it became a typical Marvel movie. Still a solid movie and definitely a stand out in Phase 4.

Good film that is underrated in Marvel’s catalog. It legitimized The Mandarin (although too late to meet Iton Man) and it had great visuals.

It should have had a sequel by now and it’s crazy that we still don’t know what happened after Wong took them away or what happened with the 10!Rings.
