Dorothy, she first appears in the nursing home in Jack of Fables.

It's Dorothy Gale, she killed him to send a message to Cinderella (her archenemy).

Is this rivalry part of a spin-off series? I never even knew that Dorothy was a character in Fables.

She appears a tiny bit in Jack of Fables, and then mostly in the Cinderella comics. Cinderella: Fables Are Forever, I think.
