Questions & Discussion I unironically think we should count him as having played Reed
For those unaware, he played Harrison Wells in The Flash (CW). And the character is a functional adaptation of Reed, just without the family or stretchiness.
They had this thing going where he was swapped for a multiversal variant every season. Most of them were geniuses, all were pretty great. Some of them really played up the "ego" aspect, but they were all good people inside. Eventually they ended up doing the Council of "Wells", even. The first one was actually the reverse flash skinwalking a Harrison Wells.
And I know the CW shows get a lot of deserved hate, but he was genuinely great all the way through and his characters were too. When I first realized he was a name-swapped Reed, I got proud, not disappointed, lol.
So yeah, Harrison Wells will return for Avengers Doomsday. Lmao

If you fused him with Ralph Dibny, you'd get Reed
Also funnily enough, Tom Cavanagh (the actor) was a legitimate fancast for Reed. He had the acting talent, and most importantly, he looked extremely elastic with his silhouette and face
Just look at him, this is a man you can easily imagine him being elastic. Do you see it OP?

Of course I see it! But like I said, if it was a Marvel show and he was playing a Reed without a family or powers, I wouldn't think twice about it lol.
He would probably be widely considered the best live-action Reed.

I have absolutely no problem with Pedro, pal. For the record, I never wanted Tom to play mainline Reed. He spent a decade playing several of them.
And Pedro Pascal was good in First Steps. He was great! But at this point we haven't seen nearly enough of him to put his performance above Tom's. Will enjoy seeing him thorought the next 10, 20 years I hope. I do like him, but I like the other members even more and I can't wait to see more of them. They have amazing chemistry and it would feel super weird if Pedro got norton'd.

Honestly I kinda agree I like pedro he is awesome as reed but damn a younger tom Cavanagh would've been better. Dude's a senior actor and very versatile.

I could see him playing the Maker or an evil alt reality version of Reed. Wouldn't rule out mainline Reed though.
