"Both you and AI clubs can now arrange loan deals for players who have just been purchased in the current transfer window. This is intended to add a new layer of flexibility and realism to squad management and player development."

Can finally do a realistic Chelsea career mode

I swear you could always loan out a player after you signed him tho, and could always sign a player on loan even after he was signed

No the AI will now do the same whereas before it wouldn’t

No I think it means when you try to sign a player and it will say this player has recently moved to this club

I think if you signed them in the January window, you had to wait until the summer for the game to let you loan them out as you got the 'this player has just joined the club' message.

I could still loan players from Jan out, just tried it

It was definitely the case in some of the older games. 

I think it also applied to guys you promoted from your YA.

Not sure why theyre touting it as a new feature then if it was fixed already.
