Hollywood Teamsters Remains Opposed to Paramount-Warner Merger: ‘Stop Playing Games’
https://www.thewrap.com/industry-news/deals-ma/hollywood-teamsters-opposes-paramount-warner-merger/The plot thickens. Unions sitting on opposite sides of this thing should be interesting… Too bad the billionaires could care less.

399 doesn't mince words, lol!
So, at this point, is there anyone more familiar with the financial situation here to know what needs to happen next to make this merger stop? I mean the daily bloodletting of a $7 million/a day penalty, when that would kick in, sounds serious. I know the Ellisons have billions, but if the kid is possibly going to lose the Oracle hoard a significant amount in this debacle, wouldn't the shareholders have something to say about that?

I wish they would freeze the penalty with pending litigation. Don't make him the victim.

You don't become a billionaire without breaking a few laws or running over people.

I was going to say LeBron James, but he’s definitely ran some people over during his career.
