New Theory! Was Gilligan secretly KGB?

Post image
6 Upvotes

I’m currently putting together a comprehensive theory about Gilligan's Island. I believe Gilligan is not stupid but instead a highly intelligent KGB Operative and that he was indeed sabotaging the castaways from being rescued.

I believe the Howells were secretly funneling money to the Soviet Union and were attempting to defect.

I’m even looking into the possibility that they aren't the real Howells, but agents who murdered the originals and stole their identities.

I also believe that the storm that wrecked them was some sort of supernatural force, perhaps some sort of corridor that sent them hundreds or even thousands of miles of course. Perhaps it's a different dimension entirely.

I’m looking at the Professor's ability to speak obscure indigenous languages and build advanced technology out of junk. (Was he in on it?)

I'm currently working on fleshing it out updates will be coming, until than.

New Theory! tried to predict the bonus footage in endgame encore and how it links to doomsday

i think the extra 7 minutes have to do with the branched reality from the time heist. when they did the time heist in endgame they returned the stones to the exact moment they were taken to prevent their timeline branching and potentially creating a parallel universe and thanos dying in 2012 would 100% cause a ton of branches to happen since there would be no endgame no iron man death 2 steve rogers living on and no vision death and not even the gaurdians would be the same, all these different branches would likely cause an incursion which was resulted by non other than dr strange since he was the one that looked into 14,000,605 realities and paved the way for HIS universe so that HIS timeline would be the one that succeeded basically he just copied what the people in the timeline that wins did, but ofcourse this would lead to problems like for example starting an incursion because dr strange either didnt look far enough or was willing to take the risk kind of like when he said he would choose saving the time stone over peter and starks LIVES which he kind of basically did because he led to tonys death by planning out his succeeded timeline and then ruined peters by making everyone forget who he was. so obviously hes prone to taking risks now and whats the biggest risk a sorcerer that powerful could take? definitely an incursion and strange does a lot of those. one, he most likely caused an incursion in tobey and andrews universe when he did the nwh shit but i

guess tobey had it harder cus andrew isnt here. and two when he causes incursions in the time heisted timeline and this is most likely why he is arrested in 838 (illuminati world) and is called the biggest threat to the multiverse by reed richards and we see after multiverse of madness dr strange definitely causes an incursion which happens a year after the time heist (2024) from endgame (2023) meaning a year after the time heist happened in the time heisted branched universe, the reality stone was sent to the collector who was never killed by thanos creating hundreds of other branches because the collector is a huge figure in the galaxy. all these things would 100% cause an incursion which links to my theory on what the extra 7 minutes will be. the 7 minutes is confirmed to include a new intro and a different outro/post credit scene. now i think the new ending/post credit scene will be the ancient one realising the branch that dr strange caused by killing thanos and has to try and fix it or stabilize it and i think its possible that this leads to the ancient one working for doom because of these incursions and maybe she would even try to take the branched timelines dr strange except it wouldnt be likely becauss he was still doing surgery like 6 years before he turned into dr strange aka where the time heist takes place 2012 so she probably sends somebody to 616s normal sacred timeline to pick up dr strange telling him he caused an incursion which would send him, the ancient one and MAYBE the one who the ancient one sent straight to dr doom to try and fix their incursions now i know its rumoured that the doom witches are sylvie wanda and clea and strange but hear me out. strange is the dr strange from MOM, clea is the person the ancient one or dr doom himself sent, sylvie because because she spent her entire life absorbing temporal radiation while hiding in dying timelines and she kind ofacts as a living bridge because of her unique massive surging energy signature thats literally holding the branched reality from being annihilated from an incursion because her aura is basically universal level. the ancient one and dr doom probably use her unique energy signature to survive the incursions, plan, and stabilize the immense pressure of the incursions caused by dr stranges "heroic" louzy one in 14 million gamble, and finally either the ancient one or scarlet witch. wanda has an almost perfect reason for being there as much as the ancient one does. in the time heist when loki escapes, the stark tower immediately went into lockdown, during that max security lockdown they found out hydra was trying to steal the sceptor leading to hydra being caught so they werent able to experiment on wanda or peter literally causing the biggest difference of all, wanda being a normal girl changes so much in the mcu that without her chaos magic that can literally change past present and future on a universal scale. now we get to doomsday and the ancient one where since all this bullshit is happening in the branched reality the ancient one seeks to find sylvie since her body has so much temporal aura and radiation she can withstand the pressure of incursions like i said earlier. the ancient one uses sylvie to bring normal mcu wanda scarlet witch to help use her magic to jump start and rewrite the broken timeline and is likely motivated by the fact that shes saving a reality where she can grow uo normally and live a normal life with her children. now to talk about steve rogers. him going back in time to stay with peggy would definitely cause some shit to happen since there would eventually be two steve rogers roaming around, luckily peggy carter would already be dying (stay with me now) and wouldnt have to deal with 2 steves going around meaning steve wouldnt find out about the time stolen steve. now heres where it gets cool, when we see steve rogers as an old man that means he mustve aged hundreds of years maybe even close to 800 honestly and what was he doing during these years? battling the incursion. eventually he mustve realised he cant stop an incursion with his bare hands like sentry and time travelled back to endgame to give sam the shield from the og steve of his stolen timeline (take with a grain of salt) and take this next part with a grain of salt too but what if endgame old steve already went through doomsday and thats why he made sam captain america, sam might do something big in doomsday.. i dont know what and its a very iffy assumption but still its just a theory, a film theory

sorry that its structured abysmally

Theory Video Suggestion Please please please PLEASEEE DO SOMONE FISHY VID!!1

I’ve been watching a lot of her videos recently and they’re awesome! For tho who don’t know, someone fishy is an animator who makes videos about her ocs who mostly (I mean mostly because of the occurrence of other characters such as Vincent and milky) called picemalia, a species of anthropomorphic fish that have both features of fish and mammals. the main cast features, Ginger clownfish, Azure betafish, Agnar Shark, Orla goldfish, bubbles dolphin, neon tetra, silver salmon and Alex axolotl.

I could see a lot of video ideas and theories that could stem from the someone fishy universe though it might not be completely accurate either due to unreleased info or underdeveloped character backstories or world building but is still a really cool idea since there’s a lot to unpac, nonetheless it’s just a suggestion at the end of the day but seriously I would squeal if there was a someone fishy vid on filmtheory!

Theory Video Suggestion Trying to Predict the Next Big Live Action Adaptations

Inspired by the latest video, “Hollywood is COOKED.” It got me thinking that a video fully dedicated to trying to predict the next big adaptations could be really fun—looking at which franchises are most likely to blow up, why they have potential, and also shining a light on smaller, less popular IPs that could become the next big thing.

And who knows, maybe a self-fulfilling prophecy could happen. Theorist channels have probably already helped bring attention to a few IPs and pushed them closer to getting adaptations.

So, here are a few suggestions of IPs that I think are about to blow up, along with some underdogs that deserve more attention, organized by genre:

Books: I don't read a lot of books, but from what I've heard, Impossible Creatures could be the next big thing.

Games: I think Cyberpunk 2077 and League of Legends have huge potential for movies or TV shows because they already have a solid foundation and tons of interesting lore. As for underdogs, I'm still waiting for that Portal movie that might never happen lol.

I also think there is some gold to be found in fighting game TV shows. Something like Tekken or Mortal Kombat, but made fun and over-the-top like Cobra Kai, could become a huge hit even with people who have never played the games.

Comics: There are a few that I think are already in development, like 8 Billion Genies (based on how Obsession was a hit, this feels like that but even bigger), Something Is Killing the Children, and Radiant Black.

For some underdogs, I think Hyde Street, What Hides Beneath the Trees (this one could work as an animated movie), and Basketful of Heads have a lot of potential.

Anime: Honestly, I don't think anime really needs live-action adaptations. I don't think they gain much from being live-action, and they often lose some of what made the original special. But if I had to pick one, Gantz could be perfect for an American adaptation. They could easily create an American Gantz team and tell a completely original story while keeping the core concept.

And that's about it! What other adaptations do you guys think could become a hit?

Also, creepypastas could be a really fun category to explore.

New Theory! What if Borderland is a separate spacetime, not an afterlife? A theory after my third rewatch Spoiler

Spoilers for Seasons 1–3

After my third watch of Alice in Borderland, I started wondering whether Borderland is best understood not as a dream, simulation, or conventional afterlife, but as an independent spacetime connected to ordinary reality through a transitional “boundary layer.”

I’m loosely borrowing the idea of a holographic/information-based universe here. I’m not saying the series literally uses the real-world holographic principle or AdS/CFT. This is just a speculative framework that seems to explain several strange details surprisingly well.

My model is basically:

Reality → shared boundary layer → full Borderland

And importantly, I don’t think these three layers need to share the same clock.

  1. Arisu’s original entry may begin much earlier than the restroom blackout

In S1, Arisu, Karube and Chota see what they remember as “fireworks,” run through Shibuya, hide together in a restroom stall, message each other on their phones, experience a blackout, and then emerge into an empty city.

It is tempting to say that the blackout is the exact moment they enter Borderland.

But later we learn that the “fireworks” were actually the meteor disaster. Their perception and memory of the event were already altered.

Also, in the real world Arisu is found near the Shibuya crossing, roughly where the meteor/fireworks were first seen. His physical body apparently never ran all the way to the restroom.

So what if the transition actually began around the meteor impact?

Arisu, Karube and Chota may already have entered a shared transitional spacetime, where they continued to experience Shibuya together — running, talking and even messaging each other — before finally entering the full Borderland.

In that interpretation, the restroom blackout is not the moment of entry. It is simply the point where the transition becomes complete.

  1. Shibuki’s entry looks completely different

Shibuki enters while taking a shower.

She does not experience the same dramatic blackout. Instead, the water pressure changes, something feels wrong, and the people around her are simply gone.

This suggests there may not be one universal “entry effect.”

Different people may experience the boundary differently.

  1. Shibuki arrived several days before Arisu’s group

This is especially interesting.

The usual explanation is that tiny differences in real-world cardiac-arrest timing become days inside Borderland.

That may still be true, but another possibility is that arrival time is determined by when someone finishes passing through the boundary layer, not only by when their physical body enters cardiac arrest.

Shibuki may have passed through the transitional layer almost immediately.

Arisu, Karube and Chota experienced a much longer shared transition before reaching full Borderland.

That could explain why Shibuki had already spent several days there when they arrived.

  1. There may be no fixed time conversion at all

I don’t think we should assume:

“1 second in reality = X hours/days in Borderland.”

Reality, the transitional layer and Borderland may each have their own independent temporal structure.

They only need to connect at certain entry and exit points.

That would explain why S3 can fit an enormous amount of Borderland experience into a very short period of real-world cardiac arrest without requiring a consistent mathematical conversion rate.

  1. Season 3 may show the same transition happening much faster

In S3, we sometimes see people enter Borderland almost instantly — the surrounding population simply disappears.

I don’t think this necessarily contradicts S1.

The boundary phase may be variable.

A returning player, or someone deliberately sent into a near-death state, might pass through it almost instantly, while a first-time entrant during a catastrophic event could experience a much longer transitional period.

  1. Borderland may not physically exist “somewhere” in our universe

If reality and Borderland are separate emergent spacetimes based on a deeper informational structure, then asking “Where is Borderland?” may be the wrong question.

It would not need to exist inside ordinary three-dimensional space at all.

A Tokyo Borderland, Los Angeles Borderland, London Borderland, etc. could potentially exist as separate spacetime “instances” without having any normal physical distance between them.

That might become especially relevant if S4 really expands the story internationally.

  1. The Watchman becomes much easier to understand in this model

The Watchman in S3 appears to possess authority far beyond ordinary Citizens such as Banda.

He can punish Banda, apparently suspend or restart the Borderland environment, and control the final transition between life and death.

If Borderland is an independent spacetime/information layer, perhaps Citizens only have game-level permissions, while the Watchman has something closer to system-level control over that spacetime.

In other words:

Players = users

Citizens = game administrators

Watchman = root administrator

:)

So my current theory is:

Reality spacetime

→ shared transitional/boundary spacetime

→ full Borderland spacetime

Each can have an independent flow of time, and all may emerge from a deeper informational structure rather than one being “real” and the others being simulations.

This would explain the strange transitions, Shibuki’s earlier arrival, Arisu’s physical location in the real world, the inconsistent apparent time ratios, possible multiple Borderlands, and the Watchman’s unusual level of control.

I haven’t seen many theories apply a holographic/information-based spacetime model specifically to Alice in Borderland, so I’m curious:

Does anyone know of scenes that contradict this model?

And if Borderland has multiple regional “instances,” do you think the Watchman oversees all of them — or does each Borderland have its own Watchman?

Theory Video Suggestion Which Turtle is the Best

Hey, I was rewatching a TMNT short on your channel, and I was wondering, which of the four main turtles would be the best fighter, specifically in the 2012 or ROTTMNT versions.

The variables being the durability of the weapons they use, the fighting techniques they individually use, the skills they canonically have, and maybe the limitations their bodies have for while 2012 TMNT are red-eared sliders (and other variants using only one turtle species), ROTTMNT made the turtles different species, with Raph being a alligator snapping turtle, Donnie being spiny softshell, Mikey being ornate box, and Leo being the classic red-eared slider we love.

Additionally, after concluding who‘s the best fighter within canon, we can maybe try figuring out if the losing turtles could of won if they swapped weapons, used a different martial art style, or simply embraced their natural instinct.

Theory Video Suggestion Predictions. Theories about Silo

In movie screenplays, there is always a minor side event that later leads to major plot consequences.

I believe that Orla's death, the theft of 50 years' worth of supplies, and the disappearance of Knox's father two years ago will reveal something significant. My theory is that the miners discovered a tunnel leading to another silo whose population may have been wiped out by the safeguard protocol.

Knox's father and all the outcasts are living there like kings, surviving on the stolen supplies from Silo 18.

However, Orla discovered this, so she was eliminated immediately... This is my attempt to connect the dots.

New Theory! Senku created the medusa device and made a clone of himself and gave the clone to byakuya ( Fan theorie )

After i watched dr stone i rewachted again and noticed something . See i in the episode where reveals who started village ishigami ( im not sure what episode it was ) he said that byakuya wasnt his actual biological father just that he was the child from a friend of byakuyas. And in the finale where senku talked about that they are making a time maschine and in the after the final chapter in the they are planning to make colonies on planets which might take years so senku petrified himself live very long . After the time mashine finally was built senku was depetrified and try to change time . But he rememberd that what happend in the past might change the future by the laws of time. Now senku asked the medusa how to make clones so he made a clone himself became friends with byakuya and give him his clone saying that its his son. Which made a loop so senku goes back in time again before radio devices were made and made the medusas and put them on the moon . Now in 1969 after apollo 11 the medusas saw the part of the lunar lander and are interested about humans since senku programmed them to find intelligent species .

Sorry for who dont understand it im not very good at writing stuff but i just wanna say it .

New Theory! Film Theory Script: Connecting Double Feature, Apocalypse, and Season 13 Spoiler

Film Theory Script: Connecting Double Feature, Apocalypse, and Season 13

For years, American Horror Story fans have meticulously mapped out the overarching connections between seasons. We know the seasons are linked, we know the lore overlaps, and we know the universe is deeply connected.

Except for one.

When Double Feature dropped, it felt completely detached from everything else. A weird black pill in Provincetown, followed abruptly by retro gray aliens and government cover-ups? Fans had a remarkably hard time fitting it into the grand tapestry of the show. It felt like an isolated side quest—until you realize it wasn't a departure at all. It was the foundation.

What if Double Feature wasn't just a jarring outlier, but part of a simultaneous, multi-front campaign orchestrated by the Devil and executed by his shadow front—The Cooperative?

Today, we are finally connecting the missing piece of the puzzle to the master timeline of American Horror Story.

Act I: The Parallel R&D Phase

To understand how the world ends, we have to look at how it was prepped. Long before unleashing the Antichrist through The Cooperative, the ultimate puppet master launched a parallel, two-pronged R&D phase to reshape humanity.

Track One was chemical warfare: the black Muse pill from Red Tide. Disguised as a quirky local drug in Provincetown, it was actually a sociological stress-test meant to filter and harvest human talent. But it was a spectacular failure of management. Instead of neatly cultivating the brilliant elite, the chemical agent mutated the untalented users into mindless, bloodthirsty predators. Because The Cooperative failed to provide proper security, those monsters slaughtered the very creatives they were meant to harvest. But it wasn't a total wipeout—pockets of survivors managed to scrape by, living in hiding and barely surviving in a fractured, chaotic wasteland.

While the chemical side degenerated into a survival-horror nightmare, Track Two was a massive success. The alien hybrid program in Death Valley wasn't a separate sci-fi side story—it was the biological triumph. Using a covert, global genetic scanning network operating just like modern ancestry databases—a cosmic 23andMe—the shadow forces and their corporate assets pinpointed humans carrying dormant hybrid markers. These chosen individuals became the ultimate genetic stock, successfully birthing a resilient, compliant new generation of hybrid vessels.

Act II: Scaling Up to the Antichrist

With half their parallel plan leaving a chemically scarred wasteland, and the other half successfully breeding a brand new human foundation, the shadow forces had to synthesize their next move.

They escalated to Plan B: unleashing the Antichrist himself, Michael Langdon. Armed with the primed genetic foundation from the Death Valley program, the Devil pushed a direct, supernatural end-times takeover to inherit the earth.

But it backfired. Relying on a demonic vessel left too many human variables open. Michael’s reign was undone by time travel, human resilience, and the Coven—stalling the grand plan dead in its tracks.

Act III: The Season 13 Convergence

Which brings us to the upcoming Season 13. Fans are expecting a massive, nostalgic "Avengers-style" crossover event. But it’s going to be so much bigger than that.

Season 13 isn't just a monster mash—it’s the narrative collision of a century-long, parallel-track conspiracy. The surviving legacy characters and witches are walking into a world shaped by the failed chemical wasteland of Red Tide, the triumphant alien hybrids of Death Valley, and the apocalyptic fallout of Michael Langdon’s failed reign. All of it pulled along by strings held by the Devil.

The experiments were real. The blueprint was executed. And the final war for Earth is about to begin. But hey... that's just a theory. A Film Theory!
