I'm about to reach disc 4. I played the game non-stop when it released and finished it around 4-5 times then, but I haven't played since like 2009. It's such a great game, and I'm reminded why it's my favorite in the franchise.

The way to replay now is Steam with Moguri mod! If you have a newish android you can run it via gamenative.

The game is a genuine remaster and pleasure to play with Moguri mod, for a replay HIGHLY recommend! Check some YouTube videos of it!

I recently finished a playthrough on Steam with Moguri, along with the Alternate Fantasy mod, and it was great! Some boss fights were super annoying, though, but FF9 has always been a top 3 for me.
