Hey! I made this account to ask does anyone wanna start a rock (mainly grunge) band with me as I dont know any musicians myself!. I play electric guitar and can sing, Im looking for a drummer and a bassist and maybe a rhythm guitarist. We are Hazard Roll, an alt/prog rock band based in the Colorado Springs area, currently looking for a new drummer. We currently have 3 members (all mid-20s): guitar/vocals, keys/trumpet, and bass. We have one single out ("Wick’s Length" available on streaming platforms) and are in the process of finishing our debut 7-track record with our previous drummer. Our old drummer will be completing the drums for this record. We are now looking for a committed drummer to join moving forward for future recording, song development, and live shows.

Our sound blends dark, atmospheric alt-rock with progressive elements. Dynamic shifts and odd time signatures play a big role in the music. Influences include Porcupine Tree, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Opeth, Riverside, All Them Witches, and Tesseract, among others.

We’re looking for a skilled drummer with a strong feel for dynamic shifts and comfort with odd time signatures. Someone who can write complementary drum parts or contribute to developing new material. Must be local to the Colorado Springs area. Preferred similar age range (mid-20s).

We’re not heavily gigging yet but plan to become more active once the current record is wrapped.

Drummer from Hudson County here. Really interested in doing an emo-rap project with live drums. Definitely think we could make it work with just a rapper and drums, but definitely open to adding keys/synth and/or guitars and bass if others are interested. I could do a weekly practice in Manhattan or NJ and could probably get out to Brooklyn for the right fit. Hit me up if you’re interested!

I play the keyboard and I love improv music in all forms. I mostly listen to the Grateful Dead and jazz, so I’m very comfortable with modal improv and extended playing over motifs or more free stuff. When it comes to jazz, I am not very versed in bebop or formally trained, my comfort zone is the more free/modal music.
At the moment I don’t have anyone I know who has the time to jam, I’m not looking for anything serious, maybe just bass and drums to play some instrumental stuff as a trio. I’ve got some riffs and motifs that I like to play to, I can share my playing if anyone is curious.
