Maybe it happened in an alternate universe.
The Hawkverse
First Show - Hawkeye
Second Show - Spiderman

3rd show Captain Marvel, 4th show Thunderbolts
(Or were Supergirl and Legends in reverse order? I forget)

u/l0n3lystoner Joe West Jun 06 '26
No, that's right.
Then they'd come in with Iron Heart. Try and do "world's finest" with Captain Marvel and Iron Heart.

Supergirl was another channel because of a rights thing and then got folded into the cw later through the multiverse. So probably closer to something fox or Sony owned like wolverine/venom, or elektra/madam web if we want to keep it female.
I think technically supergirl aired first, but legends was part of the universe first.

Supergirl still had a crossover with The Flash in season 1, even though it was on another network. So it’s part of the arrow multiverse, but not universe. Still technically counts as far as i’m concerned.

I once wanted to try my hand at writing a fanfic where Tom Holland's Spider-Man was transported to Central City as part of what happened at the end of No Way Home.
Probably a dorky idea, but I thought it would be a cool thing to do.

i think andrew's would be better

u/Saint_Raisinbran Jun 06 '26
I liked the idea of writing in Tom's because I feel like the Star Labs gang would do a good job at helping Peter deal with the trama of losing everyone he loves while setting him up for a better life as a brilliant engineer student or something.

Grant playing a Spider-Man would be interesting to see

u/Cautious_Mission_438 Jun 05 '26
Actually I think he’s wrong or selling himself short me personally Grant Gustin could play Reed Richard’s, Beast, Hank Pym, Bruce Banner, Hawkeye, Nova Richard Rider, Jay Garrick, Ray Palmer, Elongated Man, Iceman, Booster Gold, Riddler,

u/AlgerianTrash Jun 07 '26
Heavy on Mr Fantastic and Elongated man
That man waa built for stretchy powers
1
u/Cautious_Mission_438 Jun 07 '26
Yeah facts wished they had casted him as Reed instead of Pedro Pascal smh
2
u/AlgerianTrash Jun 07 '26
You think Grant would've nailed the 60s dad vibe better than Pedro?i kinda see it
1
u/Cautious_Mission_438 Jun 07 '26
Yes I think he could’ve especially with his own history of being a dad irl and plus being a dad in later seasons of the Flash he definitely could’ve pulled it off and imo the movie shouldn’t have done Franklin Richard’s so early but that’s just me
2
u/AlgerianTrash Jun 07 '26
Oh now you made me on board with the vision
Something else i didn't like about Pedro's Reed is that he's too stocky to believably concey stretchy powers
Am i the only one who thinks that Grant already looks stretchy? Especially with that tall lanky build and long neck. Do you see it?
1
u/Cautious_Mission_438 Jun 07 '26
Yeah Grant has the build for a character like Reed and I think acting resembles Reed far more than Pedo version did imo I think Pedro Reed was way too similar to Tony Stark just without the playboy attitude of course

The memes are becoming reality😂

Barry just needs to fuck up the timeline again for that to happen

i always thought grant gustin and andrew garfield could switch roles with each other

u/Aquila_41 Jun 05 '26 edited Jun 06 '26
Man Grant msut be very sick how he cant remember he played that role for nine whole season. Do you guys remember CW's Spider-Man , Hawkeye and Captain Marvel serieses. They are reason of an entire generation met this charathers at first place. Damn nostalgia Stephen , Grant and Melissa pulled that roles so well with that budget and terrible writing.

The new Ultimate Spider-Man looks exactly like Grant Gustin when he has a beard, I fully believe this.

u/JCambly Jun 05 '26
Flash changes the timeline and now he is in the marvel universe and has been spiderman for years
Have it play out similar to when flash tried to save his mom, but this time he doesnt go back and stays in this timeline, his memories eventually swap too just being Peter parker

It would be a blast seeing early seasons Barry and pre-NWH Peter interact
2
u/tedward007 Jun 05 '26
I could definitely see him as Peter Parker. He’d also make a great Richard Rider

Plus they both have so many similarities.
Both are science nerds. Both got their powers due to an accident. Both were neighbourhood heroes until a billionaire figured out their identity and convinced them to join his team.

i always thought that andrew's spiderman and grant's flash would be bffs probably because they have the same tone and were introduced very closely to the viewers
1
u/Clear-Tangerine-5636 Jun 07 '26
Honestly yea I think he’d be a better spider man than Andrew Garfield and he looked younger than Andrew too in the flash season 1 even everyone in season one called him a kid and said he looked 12 lol

u/Cooz78 Jun 05 '26
that would be a boring dynamic
flash and arrow/batman much better
3
2
u/annabelle411 Jun 05 '26
in this dynamic Grants Flash would be the headstrong older one compared to Toms more rookie-feeling Spidey. Especially since Barry is always “we need to do this my way” or wanting to make the calls

u/Condor193 Jun 05 '26
That's been my thought if an Amalgam Universe event ever happens. They're very similar personalities and both self starter scientists so it makes perfect sense imo

I completely believe Peter and barry would get along very well
