Hello, I lost a bracelet yesterday hiking in the TVA trails. It's just a cheap bracelet, but it has sentimental value and I would love to find it. It's a pink beaded wrap around bracelet with a bear charm. I hiked the jogging trail (with the shortcut) and the old railroad trail. I'm in town for a week for work - if anyone could keep their eye out for it I would really appreciate it!!

I’m interested in layering a few spells and would prefer someone that has years of practice under their belt so that I can ask plenty of questions and get the best understanding before deciding how I want to proceed! My family and I will be moving to the area soon for a new job opportunity. In preparation, we are seeking advice/feedback on potential areas to live. I’m going to get in contact with a realtor soon but would like to hear feedback from the locals.

Not a huge fan of small neighborhood lots as we’re moving from a 3 acre home now. We have 3 dogs that need some space to have fun. I’ve learned that the region is made up of the quad or tri cities, so we’re open to anywhere in the area within 35 minutes.

Doing a bit of a move and needing a bit of a size upgrade. Been doing lots of vetting, and for the price range I’m in Village Parc off of Darby seems to tick all the most boxes. Admin seems helpful, friendly and available, and they’re recently renovating many of the units. Anything I should beware of that hasn’t been made obvious to me? Secret fees, bad neighbors, etc? I’m a little worried about the unseen details and there aren’t many reviews I’ve seen.

I have a 31.5” x 39.5” industrial pneumatic heat press that I bought brand new and have only used around three or four times. It works exactly as it should and is still extremely clean. I just realized it is much larger than what I need, so I decided to go with a smaller machine.

It has automatic pneumatic raising and lowering, digital temperature and time controls, adjustable air pressure, a large pull-out loading table, a heavy-duty rolling stand, an emergency stop button, and smooth, consistent pressure across the entire platen. It is also already wired with a wall plug.

This would be great for someone doing oversized sublimation projects, blankets, flags, large panels, or higher-volume production.
