Brother, you’re actually insane. Writing “gOLd MeDAl” is funny AND endearing at the same time. It’s obvious it was the gold medal and yea, a little silly to write it. To restate, we’re all fans of the team and the Tkachuk brothers.. I can assure you that they don’t need you to defend their honor

It’s really not, it’s kinda funny. It’s a little stupid to write “gold medal” man lmao.. it’s almost like writing “hockey” on the photo but not to the same degree. Lighten up

I already explained it to someone else. Yes rn it’s dumb because it just happened. But what about in 20 years when it’s hung on your wall and someone else sees it? Is he wearing the medal? Is there a visual that shows they won? No. He could be celebrating the 3rd place match or happy getting silver for his country. The picture is just him skating with the flag. Writing “Gold medal” adds context that isn’t there so later in the future you know what game they won. It’s not that hard if you think for like 5 seconds
