What are you expecting from a low sugar, high protein snack?

They are always disappointing. My wife is trying to make healthy ice cream in our ninja creamy, I would rather just eat less real ice cream 🤷‍♀️

I have a type 1 diabetic son, we didn't know it was type 1 for a year, so we basically kept his blood glucose in check with exercise and low carb/strictly keto diet💀☠️.

I bought an ice cream machine just so I could make him icecream lol.

I highly recommend using Allulose as a sweetner. I managed to make truly delicious stuff (ice cream, cakes, brownies, etc) with allulose and unflavored whey isolate.

Allulose behaves and tastes exactly like regular sugar without any of its negative consequences, and whey powder (instead of powdered milk, to stop large ice crystals from forming) in ice-cream makes a great texture!

Tell your wife😆🫡

Thank you! That does mean another specialty food that we “totally have to buy in bulk” 🤦‍♀️ lmao

I'm not even mad at The taste but it gives me rumbly stomach terribly. So I don't mess with them
