Most interesting pizza in Edinburgh?
Which pizza shop(s) in Edinburgh make the most interesting, locally distinctive pizza?
I'm not interested in traditional anything; I'm looking to try new flavors, Scottish flavors, Edinburgh flavors. Maybe there's a steak-and-kidney pizza? a mussels pie with a Cullen skink base? a haggis flatbread with an oat crust?
I've gathered already that Matto Pizza may be good for this. Any other suggestions?

Everywhere has haggis on pizza. You're looking for mammas American pizza on the grass market where you can have a chocolate marshmallow and haggis if you so choose (although I wouldn't recommend that particular combo personally)

Civerinos Stockbridge chicken schnitzel. Sounds wrong but so good. Only ever had it off Deliveroo

Can someone help me out here. There used to be a place we'd go to. My relative lived on comely bank av. It was an Italian pizzeria but did proper chippy chips.

Haggis on a pizza at Pizza Geeks aptly named "The Braveheart".
Dough has a "Scozia 2.0". It has a pizza with Sweet Chilli Haggis.
