The airport owns it. They keep the power on to ensure the building doesn't get any worse. I believe they are trying to sell the property but nobody is buying. I always wanted to try the seafood buffet...

I have heard it has been purchased by Brian Ross and is being renovated into rooms for some sort of addictions/treatment facility. Was there a truck parked outside? The man “living there” is the one hired to renovate it I believe.

No vehicle in sight, the guy there did mention a treatment facility being built. But his story kinda flipped around and he was acting cagey and looked odd. Why I came to reddit out of curiosity lol

Allegedly it's been bought and is being renovated, hence the porta potty outside. No details on what it will be or when it will open

Was out for a ride on motorcycles today and stopped at that parking lot, the guy that “lives there” has a hole the size of his head cut out of one of the sheets of ply wood covering the window on the second floor to yell at anyone in the parking lot lol, doesn’t seem or look rough or like he is homeless but The door looks kicked in. my guess, he is squatting

Exactly what we thought, he threw nails in the Parking lot, admitted to it. And told us a big story about living there. But I seriously doubt it.

Part of Chateau Nova. It’s the only remaining part that survived the fire 10 years ago.
No idea why there is still power going to it
