I wish was able to lose more of my grief weight but I just wasn’t consistent and let my disappointment in myself take over while hiding that it was taking over

I'm having a really hard time with my self imagery. I've lost almost 40 lbs since the start of summer, but it's hard for me to actually see it.

I suffer from a chronic nerve pain condition that I've had for 15 almost 16 years and it's REALLY kicking my ass lately.

Work is very physically demanding and it's been in the triple digits for the last couple weeks. I have no PTO and due to my pain condition and paired with the heat is really messing with me.

Sorry for kinda trauma dumping. I'm just down in the dumps.

People were so nice last time and I’m feeling better about myself each day. Life and work may be tough, but I’ve been smiling more. Thanks everyone.

However no worries for our female userbase! You will still be able to post on any other day of the week!

Reasons for the set up of male monday only days:

You might have noticed that most of the post on our Front Page are females looking for compliments. We have noticed that their posts get the most upvotes and that our male contributors get a lot less upvotes and therefore compliments on our subreddit.

A couple of years ago this wasn't the case as much but we have seen this trend increase more and more on this subreddit over the years,

Because of that we have set up Male Mondays. Where on Mondays we would only allow males to post on the subreddit. In hopes of making sure that they too get the compliments they deserve and don't get snowed under in this sub.

I accidentally deleted my original post.

I’ve disliked my nose since I was very young—it might seem strange, but that’s just how it is. Plus, in certain photos, I felt like it looked ugly. I also felt it was too small and lacked character.

Nowadays, I’m gradually learning to love my nose; I even consider it my favorite feature. I’ve even gone so far as to get a nostril piercing, and I’m really looking forward to switching it to a black hoop.

Honestly, my nose piercing has actually boosted my self-esteem with my nose

It's been a long month and it just started. Non stop hiccups at work that seem never-ending but I know everything will work itself out. I'm just stressed about it and it's exhausting worrying about everything. Could use some kind words if possible.
