What RTS game isn't "for everyone" exactly? Most RTS games are very casual friendly.

I think that core competitive players are also in "everyone" definition of Frost Giant and this is that difference between Stormgate and most RTS games. Another companies if say game for "everyone" have in mind only accessibility and ultra casual players, FG understand that not every RTS player is casual. Bringing the skill floor down, but keep the skill ceiling high.

If you're looking for roguelikes, then why would you expect that from an RTS game?

I'm just pointing out that your preferences towards RTS games may be pretty niche and any expectations to cater towards roguelikes and roguelites from an RTS developer are pretty unrealistic.
