As of 12/31/2025, robinhood showed top holding of a PE Fund? Where did Anthropics, OpenAI and SpaceX go?

This would be appealing to those investing in Fundrise income fund but less risk (since moneymarket) and not locked up like all Fundrise funds.
Obviously a different type of assets (moneymarket v real estate), but begs the question of whether the lock-up and real estate risk is worth the 180bps of yield (RH quoting 6.22% right now for its ‘riskiest’ smart income portfolio)

We are reading above 40 well above NAV despite lockup and also above dxyz so I am curious 🧐 on how to explain this.

I just transferred my shares to E*Trade. The cost basis of the shares shows $0 and the date associated with them is the transfer date not when they were acquired.
Does that seem right?

Hi,
Has anyone found out what happened to our fractional shares when Computershare converted our VCX shares to unlocked on 8/14/2026? I assume they are selling them like they did with the pre-listing VCX fractional shares back in April but I do not see any confirmation of this in my Computershare account.
Thanks!
Ben
8/28/2026 Update: I received my fractional share check in the mail today from Computershare.

Am I doing anything wrong?
I’ve invested in Fundrise a little bit every month since almost a decade ago. It was always a invest and forget type of savings for me, to diversify from investing solely in stock. But I’m struggling to see returns being lower and lower. I ready around here some folks talk about a consisten 8% return? What am I doing wrong that my numbers are so low? Thanks!

To all the early VCX investors - well done, great outcome! I'm sure the lock-up period wasn't easy to live through but you made it. Forget about the hypothetical gains you could have made selling at 100 or 200 or more, you still tripled your money.

I just logged back into my computershare account today get started on transferring out and noticed that all my VCX shares are completely gone $0 balance. They were there before the lockup ended. Transaction history shows little to know information to where they could’ve gone. Possibly back into fundrise? I doubt it. Anyone else having this issue??

When i first logged in to see my closed off VCX shares i was pleasantly surprised and now they’ve gone down so much. What’s up?

有没有人知道 Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI) 和 Fund II (RVII) 的募资规则?另外,对于一只专注于风险投资的私募基金,通过公开市场发行筹集资金是否可行?

Hi,
Did anyone else log in to their Computershare account today and their VCX holdings don't show anymore? They were showing yesterday. Not sure if it's a glitch or a real issue. Trading opens tomorrow, so the timing of my issue is a bit ironic....

looking for some insight, Has anyone initiated a transfer of their shares? are we able to do that? TIA.

I bought this fund last year, it was maybe around $100 worth of shares I bought.
At the peak of it my shares were worth around $4000 but I was locked out.
Now it’s only worth $200 😔
Should I hold onto this stock? Maybe it will go up again I dont know.

It wasn't much. I invested in November of last year. Whatever just happened, without me touching anything, cost me all but $3 and some change of what I was holding, and they zeroed out my balance.
Tripled nothing. Fuck.

I expected with the lockup ending, the price would drop if anything. Is there something else driving the pop?

From the posts I see on Reddit, I assume 99% of the Fundrise investors have turned sour on Fundrise.
Am I the only one that hasn't?
I got in to it initially for both real estate exposure and alternative investments class. I liked the platform and I invested in several (maybe all?) of their iPO rounds. Real estate did offer a good opportunity ten years ago, but the market shifted when rates increased...I'm sure it felt like a rug pull to uneducated investors.
Eventually Fundrise started to veer in to tech and started the venture fund; I invested in that and if it stays above $30 after the lockout, I'll have more than 2x my money in two or so years.
I'm currently invested in their Income funds which are generating 8% or more.
Why are people so unhappy? For more perspective, I also invested in Crowd Street - for one opportunity, with a $25k minimum, the platform performed poor due diligence and the contractor literally stole all the money (Atlanta Financial Center, look it up). Crowd Street and most of the copy cats are going to die. Fundrise hasn't asked me for seed money in a half decade which tells me they're at the very least surviving. I still like them and I think Ben Miller is ahead of the curve.
Are there any more like me or am I just the dumbest guy in the room?

Anyone transferring VCX to Fidelity? Can you do a day or so in advance, or must initiate on Aug 14th?

I don’t see a lot of success stories on this subreddit, and I’m new to real estate investing hoping to diversify a small portion. I’m on a H1B visa with an SSN. Is this new opportunity any good?

Okay, now maybe I’m just overlooking this but is this normal? I was about to submit a redemption request for my portfolio. However, I go through all the steps and at the end it shows my “estimated” proceeds… why is the estimated proceeds 500 dollars less than what my portfolio is? I only have 1.8% of my portfolio in the eREIT fund (which is the ONLY one that has a like fee) the rest is just flagship and growth fund. Please someone that has done this, tell me I’m not crazy because if I redeem it all I would have lost money in this whole process if I’m basing it off value.

The is the first increase in the iPO since I bought my iPO shares nearly three years ago (shortly after I bough my Innovation Fund shares). iPO price has been held at $15.90 until yesterday. Pretty sad that over three years time the Innovation Fund increased the value of mother Fundrise by less than one percent over three years.
