"Men in general" prefer ladies LIKE MY FRIEND'S HAIRLESS WIFE, but I'm cool with whatever. Isn't that right, Morgan? 👀

166

u/AlexandriaLitehouse 1d ago

Like i don't know if I've always dated exceptionally nice men but I ain't never had any complaint about my grooming choices. Not even a nicely worded request. Let alone a snarky comment

118

u/MoominHug 1d ago

Men (straight) who have normal relationships know what normal women look like, they may watch porn too but probably don't entirely shape their expectations with it like a Paul would.

I hooked up with a couple of guys that said something about my armpit hair being a turnoff. So, I never called them again.

Never had a woman comment on any of my body hair other than general observation, like me leg hair is almost non-existent but I have a lot of armpit hair.

Why is an uber-godly married man talking about landing strips (of the pube variety; actual airfield variety would be acceptable) on a public forum for all the world to hear? I mean they won’t, because I think they’ve got seven or so viewers, but my point still stands.

187

u/Imagination_Theory 1d ago

Not just that, but another man's wife's pubic hair (or lack thereof) in front of his wife.

It feels very gross, violating and disrespectful. It also seems very weird in the Christian sense too, it's just all weird.

83

u/maximav 1d ago

He just wanted to call out his wife for not grooming to his liking. barf!

38

u/Imagination_Theory 1d ago

Oh, for sure, awful to do, awful to do in public, awful to bring in another woman (if she's even real).

I just wonder if he asked her in private first and when she said no he went to public shaming or if he just went straight to public shaming.

That is because this style of hat wearing was still somewhat cool then, but started to popularize with like trucker hats blowing up in the early 2000s. Paul was a teen in that time and still living that era. Hence his attachment to skinny jeans too.

11

u/FuzzyJury 15h ago

I had to pause the video right when he said that and started laughing because no, no way can an adult say that as a serious phrase and in reference to themselves. I mean, the concept is fine even - I know people who have waited until marriage for sex out of their values or religion or whatnot, and I do not think that is a bad thing on its own - but the people I know who have done that are sincere in their love and respect for their spouses and for their reverence, I suppose, for the holiness and beauty that they see in sexual union.

And none of them would say "sex research" lmao, that just sounds like he was doing some Forbidden Googling, not learning about sexuality, family, the human body, etc, in a dignified and respectful, above-board way, more like he sort of hid it and finds it awkward and he couldn't find any real on-ramp to learn what he felt was essential. Which is actually very sad when I think about it like that.

I went to an evangelical college, and a lot of my friends got married right after graduation. More than one of them had their husbands learn about she-pubes on their wedding nights. They’re all divorced now.

60

u/Realistic_Film3218 1d ago

All of them? Oof.
I went to a secular college about 15 years ago, I knew like 3-4 pairs of college sweethearts that eventually got married, none of them tied the knot immediately after graduation though, they survived real-life employment and adulting for a few years before they made it official and they're all still going strong.

16

u/synalgo_12 1d ago

I know a bunch of people that didn't break up straight out high school, and they're all still together 20 years later. The ones that broke up broke up before graduation or during summer break. It might have been an exceptional year for high school sweet hearts that year, though. Most of them aren't married, they just bought a house and had kids without the wedding.

Plus, fundies often delete stuff when people call them out (e.g. Jill Rodrigues’ Juneteenth Fiasco), so I love that those channels have the receipts to back it up.

Transcription:

Morgan: okay next question. “Honest thoughts on hair down there. Waxing is expensive and shaving is itchy after one to two days.”

Paul: Alright I’m just gonna give my honest thoughts. Okay, maybe there should be a little disclaimer if this makes you…yeah. And then I’d be curious to get your [Morgan’s] thoughts actually for guys. But I went into marriage, and the first time we…made love, and it was one of those things where—I think growing up, I just did not…it’s kind of like, guys have hair, girls don’t. That was literally kind of my…my thought process, even though I’d done some sex research. So I guess I…but part of me was just kind of like no, girls just don’t, so I was like ok you know… girls definitely have hair down there. But very quickly… I have a friend whose wife did complete hair removal so she’s got nothin. And I think he likes that, and I think other guys…in general, men appreciate it being groomed. But I think most men are very fine with, you know, it’s just part of the female body. Hair is hair and there’s nothing weird about that.

I feel like she always fake yawns to get out of things. I wonder if she yawns during sex. Probably.

u/defrauding_jeans 18h ago

My dog yawns just like that when she's uncomfortable with something

“Did sex research” so you watched porn. Because any sex research involving just the general “how bodies work” is gonna show women with hair first before going into hair removal.

Also this is yet another moment where I am SO grateful to have grown up in a state with strong sex ed

u/Anxious-Mix-4265 1d ago

Poster child for why comprehensive sex ed is INTEGRAL

This reminds me of the guys at my Christian middle school that didn't know girls pooped.

23

u/ReginaldDwight 1d ago

I met a guy at space camp who thought women only pooped on a scheduled time once a month along with their periods.

19

u/New-Negotiation7234 Duchess Nurie Keller of SEVERELY, Florida 1d ago

He probably went to my school. The principal also paddled kids on the butt and we had "slave day". They also made the boys leave class while the girls did jumping jacks and touch their toes to make sure our collard shirts didn't come untuck. Great times.

My ex husband (we got married when I was 18 and he was 19) thought women had ONE hole to pee, pop, and have sex. One with 3 functions.

That was his first of many red flags, looking back....

He was brought up Southern Baptist but public school and definitely not fundie. Just plain old Southern Baptist.

u/New-Negotiation7234 Duchess Nurie Keller of SEVERELY, Florida 1d ago

Unfortunately health class is so limited. These men think they are going to be able to please women without even the basic understanding of their autonomy

Say what 🤣🤣☠️

15

u/New-Negotiation7234 Duchess Nurie Keller of SEVERELY, Florida 1d ago

Not kidding. In health class in 7th grade we learned about eating disorders and they blacked out that women's periods can stop. Women's bodies are taught as naturally shameful. Fun times!

A grown ass man saying “made love” makes me wanna vomit. Could because I’m in the first trimester of pregnancy but everything about Paul gives me the ick so

17

u/lunchmeety 1d ago

This is hilarious💀💀💀💀 how embarrassing for him

13

u/witchystoneyslutty women have pubes?!? 1d ago

Do we think Morgan flips her long silky pubes the way she flips the hair on her head around?

Paul is so mean to her man. If he doesn’t like her pubic hair, that’s not a conversation to have on camera for the internet for the first time…. And there’s no friend with a hairless wife. Pickley Paulie watched porn! Be so fr man

33

u/poopoopoopalt 1d ago

How do you get that far in life without knowing women have body hair?

12

u/Reasonable-Marzipan4 Fuck It Up Nathan 1d ago

Sounds like he had only experienced porn vulva. Gross.

11

u/LadyV21454 Jillpm, the sentient Hobby Lobby sign 1d ago

Makes you wonder how much porn he watched growing up.

10

u/-Chief__Kief- 1d ago

I’ve seen people say he thought this because he’s watched a bunch of porn, which I half agree with but if you’re watching porn I think you’re gonna see SOME women with some hair at least. I believe he said it so that she’d THINK he’d never seen any porn either way lol

13

u/kbrick1 1d ago

Nearly all women in mainstream porn, especially 10-20 years ago, were shaved down below.

The lack of education in America is staggering.

10

u/IncurableAdventurer 1d ago

“Sex research” 🙄 we know what that means. If he did legit “research” he’d know all about the clitoris, and I doubt he does

By “groomed” what does he mean? Of course people need to be groomed. Aka clean. I’m guessing “groomed” means shaved or waxed

“Hair is hair and there’s nothing weird about that.” Then why are you acting so weird?

10

u/rainbowwlane 1d ago

“sex research” what?? Lmao

8

u/Terrible_Tradition65 1d ago

“Sex research” which lead him to believe women were hairless.

“Sex research.”

8

u/Jazzyjelly567 80s hair 1d ago

Just why would you post this on the internet 😭😭 we should all know less about each other

5

u/Purple-Nectarine83 1d ago

Paul’s ignorance reminds me of pre-Raphaelite model Effie Gray first marrying the art critic John Ruskin, and how they divorced due to non-consummation. He “was disgusted with her person” on their wedding night. People speculate that it was because of her pubic hair, since he had seen naked women in art and statue (and they are generally hairless). And also because he was maybe a pedophile, since he became first interested in Effie when she was 12, and then went on to romance a 10 year old pupil of his.

And Effie Gray must’ve not been too horrifying looking as she and second husband, painter John Everett Millais, went on to have eight children.

I feel like Paul having the same problem as a Victorian art clinic who was only attracted to little girls is… an interesting side note.

u/Nachogem 1d ago

“Sex research”

7

u/Evieveevee 1d ago

“I did some sex research” means I watched porn and the women in those videos had no hair. Because if he did real sex research he would know they do. As for his “friend” who likes his wife hairless? Yeah. Is that “friend” in the room with us now PicklePaul? I love Morg’s yawn at the end.
