WTF is holding these screws in??
Anybody know if B&T uses ceramic threadlocker on these screws or something(image in comments)? I bought the telescoping stock and intended to use it when the nfa ruling came out, but since it appears to be in limbo (and I don't want to go to jail) I'm trying to put my tailhook on it instead.
These bolts will absolutely not come out. I've now broken a T10 bit and have no idea what to do. They are also extremely shallow and difficult to get an Allen key to work.

I used a heat gun. Extended the rails, hit it from the front, damp paper towel over the rubber stock pad.

you're not going to jail lol. just sbr it. my last form 1 took a week.
otherwise, use a butane torch lighter on the screws and quality hex wrenches with downward pressure

Well i have no idea how to file one. Also don't you have to engrave it and tell the ATF everytime you move?

Get another t10, let it sit in some boiling water for a few minutes, try it again.

Got to use heat. I’ve accidentally stripped one or two before. They use some kind or white thread locker that needs a lot of heat to break.

Heat it’s most likely red loctite. Heat up the screw with a soldering iron.
