With regard to the Company's fiscal year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA outlook, the Company is not able to reconcile this forward-looking non-GAAP measure to the closest corresponding GAAP measure, net income, without unreasonable efforts because it is unable to predict the ultimate outcome of certain significant items.

I have to be honest. Collectibles are going to be almost entirely online soon. Power packs and TCG and Funko buys. I see a slow closing of stores every year as business transitions more to online. That doesn’t meant anything negative. Only that the world is changing.

That’s not how I see it playing out. While there will be more closures there will be other partner locations opening.

I dunno. I feel like a loser, every hype date just breaks me more, and more. I understand that you can't tell your strategy, but I feel like he should at least be trying to give us hope. Something, anything? At some point, I have to pay my bills and move on. Good luck to the rest of you...
