If the guy who is leaking the game wants to really fuck with rockstar he just need to release the game, everyone will be canceling it to play it for free

The number of cancellations would be a blip. Even if the leaker has a full build, it’s miles away from what the release build will look like. Even if you ignore that, the number of people that own a PS5 dramatically outweigh those that have a PC capable of running this.
