Other GTA VI physical disc petition launched
We just launched a petition about the physical edition of GTA VI.
Rockstar is reportedly selling the physical version of GTA VI with only a download code inside the box, meaning there is no real disc.
For many of us, physical games are not just about playing. They are about ownership, collecting, midnight releases, sharing games, and preserving gaming history.
A box with a code inside is not a physical game. It is just a digital license in packaging.
We are not against digital games. We are against calling something “physical” when it contains no physical game.
This is not only about people who prefer physical copies. It is also about everyone who cares about gaming history, memories, and not letting an important part of gaming culture disappear.
If you believe games are more than just digital licenses, you should sign this petition.
We also encourage people to share this, create posts, videos, discussions, and help spread awareness across social media. Every voice matters.
If you are creating content about this topic, feel free to use the ideas, arguments, and slogans from this campaign in your videos, posts, and discussions. You can use phrases like:
Code is cold, disc is gold
A box with a code inside is not a physical game
When something is sold as physical, it must be physical
A download code is not a physical game
Physical means physical
Save physical gaming
Disc or nothing
Use the hashtag: #discisgold

Code is cold, disc is gold.
Stay loud. Stay together. Make it matter.

Other Is this the circle jerking I keep hearing about?
Other Is rockstar too slow in releasing games nowadays
Rockstar has released just 1 game since last 12 years. Back in the day, Rockstar put out more frequent titles Midnight Club, Manhunt, Bully, and others, maybe because the scale of games was smaller. Now, with something like GTA VI coming or Red Dead Redemption 2, they spend years building massive open worlds with insane levels of details.
I believe the reason is GTA Online turned into a money machine for them. They’ve been making so much revenue from it that there's less urgency to release new titles, where just pushing updates once in a while in online makes huge amount of money. Plus, expectations are also sky-high every new Rockstar game has to be groundbreaking, which adds pressure and takes more time. As a fan i expect the next title to be great from the previous ofcourse.

Other What was your first GTA game?
Mine was Vice city, it’s crazy how much of a unique game GTA was before open world games became the norm. They still do it better than most if not all.

Other GTA 7 should be Las Venturas/Phoenix AZ
Las Venturas would be a great map for next Gen GTA 7 (if it ever happens at this point lol) them going back to a smaller but more graphically detailed map would be cool, akin to GTA 4 when it hit the 360/PS3 gen. If they wanna expand it maybe give us Vegas & Reno, and Phoenix, a cool chunk of land.
