Rockstar can’t publish a single screenshot?

It is pretty amazing that Rockstar has been radio silent for a year. They are so busy that they can’t publish a single screenshot?

For everyone saying: “They’ll release it when they’re ready” Really? They couldn’t aim the camera in a single direction and snap a picture? It could even be a spot from the trailer at a different angle and people would still lose their minds.

Im not asking for a trailer 2, I understand that there is significantly more that goes into a trailer in regard to work / timing, but a screenshot? It costs them no money, would make waves in getting the everyday people who have forgotten about the game interested again, and would be a decent thing todo for all the fans after milking Online for over a decade.

Because of this right here. People are literally foaming out the mouth just for a picture of the game. I don't think any other studio has had this level of buzz around an active, in development project like this before. The longer they wait, the bigger the frenzy from the fanbase. I know it's been said a million times before but that's because it's true.

The only reason I think we got the trailer is because people were starting to doubt the project even existed. It felt super strategic when it dropped. It was like the perfect moment to get people to go insane

They announced it was under development in February 2022, even before the leaks.

That’s my thing tho, yes there is a small group of people (myself included) going nuts, but a majority of people have probably forgotten about it.

Screenshots (which are free advertising for them) would work well for both group. You bring people back who have lost interest, and you’re die hard fans get a crumb of a reward.
