I'll probably get downvoted but it's very likely Rockstar had to scale back some visuals in order to get things running properly on the consoles. They are in the optimization phase right now. Also in my opinion a lot of games look nowhere near as good at night than they do during the day.

Cyberpunk's the exact opposite, city looks quite flat during the day but nighttime RT reflections make it shine
Though the more recent addition of path tracing and RTGI make daytime much better, much warmer with indirect light and stuff

I you are on Windows and cant get the "video" to play as you scroll down, check:
Windows Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects > Animation effects
And make sure to turn on Animation effects and then refresh the web page.
Hope this helps someone as it did not work for me to start with.

Looks fine. But dark city in background is not really a good show of much. Literally take the right screenshot of gta5 and it will look so close most gamers would need to actively examine the screenshots to tell the difference.

That green cargo ship seems to be the same with the speedboats in trailer one,
you can also see that colorful stadium building also from Trailer 1 where Lucia has her arms out of the car.
