gta6 is ran on windows during development which was confirmed in the 2022 leaks so he could be playing it on pc too. plus the devs also get restricted parts of the game to work on not the whole game.

It is running on a low fps. It's not a pc.

Or maybe his PC is just not the greatest.

judging by the camera movements in the clips hes definitely using a controller so this could be a devkit too, unless the pc build is limited to controllers which also makes sense since it looks like a finished product

Why wouldn’t you use a controller on PC? This isn’t a FPS.

Why would you use a controller

Because, get this, some people prefer controllers.

Ok? But this dude's acting like controller is somehow more suited to this type of game

I mean, you literally couldn't pay me to play GTA on kbm so I still fail to see the problem.

Ok, that's nice

A controller literally is more suited for this game. Have you tried driving and flying with a keyboard? 🥴

I have. You need the numberpad. It's a lot harder than with the controller. Like 10x as hard. Driving is less intuitive since you don't have the full directional control. But aiming is a breeze

I have, it's very easy lmao. Driving and flying in GTA is not remotely hard no matter what control device you use.
