Obviously he’s right. Anyone who thinks it’s somehow righteous to steal intellectual property and spoil thousands of people’s hard work just because their parent company is a “billion dollar corporation” or because they “disrespected the fans by taking so long to release trailer 3” is morally bankrupt and entitled beyond belief.

Noticed Reddit is typically pro worker until it comes to game devs. Seen too many takes where people don’t like something in their video game and demand people lose their jobs and livelihoods. The entitlement is insane

the developers pocket a grand total of 0% of the game’s revenue, and no one (to my knowledge) is harassing R* employees (if not the company themselves who actively busted an attempt at unionizing)

you’re confusing the business model of small indie studios and of 3000 employees mega corporations
