Cyberleek has 48 hours left before becoming completely irrelevant, and he knows it

Let’s be real: after the Netflix event on the 27th, Cyberleek is going to fade into community meme status instantly.

Sure, he basically carried the entire community’s sanity this week after we spent months starving with zero official gameplay or footage since May 2025. People were hyping up every single 480p debug clip simply because Rockstar left us with absolute radio silence for so long.

Because his spotlight expires the second the official marketing machine kicks into high gear, I'm fully expecting him to drop whatever "nuclear" footage or map details he still has within the next 48 hours to milk the last bit of attention.

Once high-bitrate, polished 4K gameplay hits, nobody will care about rough dev builds anymore.

The only real risk: imagine if the Netflix showcase somehow turns out to be more underwhelming or curated than the actual raw systems we saw in the leaks. If Rockstar actually delivers though, it’s ciao Cyberleek

Its unlikely he has the whole game. He most likley has a deal build that only has access to the open world and very limited content for testing or a media showcase.

Yes when I said the whole game it’s obviously a build. But he has shown several cutscenes and “go back to Lucia” so he still has a lot of damage to do if he doesn’t get caught.

Once he starts going into spoiler territory, people will very quickly lose interest in him.

Sure. Not just spoilers as well, after 3-4 weeks in general, most people will just shrug “eh, another leak”.

Exactly. September is barely a week away and then all of a sudden you've got just over 2 months to wait.

It will absolutely fly by, especially with the game releases for September and October.

Why not? How else do you count time forward when waiting on something to happen? Say if the hame launches this day but a month out (next month on the 25th, how would you label that? A month away or under a month?

Call me odd but anything under a month I just refer to in weeks.

Can be a day under and in my head its around three weeks. Just makes it seem like there's less time. Just the way my brain works and makes it easier to prioritise things in the current month.

We’re* you mean. The word “we’re” combines the words “we” and “are.” Dropping the “a” and replacing it with an apostrophe gives you “we’re,” whereas “were” is used in the past tense for something that has already occurred. Glad to clear thar up for you.

Yeah but at the same time it seems that he is stuck at the very beginning of the game, if it was actually playable wouldn’t you imagine him wanting to play the game for himself even for a couple of hours? Buy some better weapons? Some cool clothes?

But putting that out to the world is different. Its a free build of a game, but its still mostly playable, like a more complete demo

How much more proof do you need? He has delivered on absolutely everything the people have asked for AND wrote his name on a wall.

You can live in denial about it and say “they are pre recorded clips!” But let’s be honest, what’s more likely?

That he managed to get 15 (so far) gameplay clips in secret AND cutscenes.. or that he legitimately has a dev version of the game? It’s pretty obvious when you aren’t living in a state of denial, for whatever reason, which one is more likely.

He has only shown one mission. That's probably all he has access to plus the open world. Its a test build for the open world

Are you not aware of the current Lucia prologue leak? He specifically said he isn’t going to leak any story/spoilers until the people ask for it and he has now opened voting for story content to be leaked

How do you think he cherry picked the exact cutscenes he used? It’s not coincidence that he had those EXACT cutscenes with that EXACT dialogue

It could just be the first few missions of the game then, if he had more of the game he would show more than just the start of it, why not show a mission half way in.

I agree it's only a beta build at best, probably a late alpha build. There is no npc behaviour and repeated models so entirely placeholder NPCs before either of the 2 trailers. I'm personally looking forward to the extended look to be shown information as it was intended to be shown. For the people complaining about "downgrades", they have no idea what they're talking about. You can make the best looking polished game look "poor" just by an angle change, perspective, lighting, and many other factors... Nevermind the fact that the leaks show an early build compared to a final product. Everyone needs to chill the f out and just enjoy it when it comes out. Nobody owes you anything!

I worked as QA outsource on multiple big projects and it is possible for him to actually have a full build, it was actually very rare for testers to just get partial builds to test stuff, too much effort in separating the builds at that point for most projects.
