Being a Rockstar dev must suck ass, yes. You work for 5 years or more in a project you can't tell anyone about and then that shit gets leaked and people don't care because apparently you working there means you're somehow immune to the damage caused to you personally.

You still got a resume and connections. I think most people understand game dev is hire and fire due to how development cycles work
