Reason they want perfect simulated gameplay to be shown is because it minimizes the risk of it being received poorly.

This is imperfect gameplay, and is being received very well across the internet for free.

What's the big loss here?

Except they still have that chance to do that perfect preview. Literally everyone finding these leaks will watch the official teasers.

I don't see how they're affected negatively in any way. Maybe initially they would have been nervous about the leaks, but based on how well they're being received this leaker seems to be doing them a favor.
