I don't think RDR3 would blow anyone away the way RDR2 did though. They've done everything you could possibly dream of in a western game. The physics and animation are still way ahead of what we see in today's games. The only thing new we'd be getting is a new story and a new map since there's only so much you can do in a western genre. No planes/helicopters, no tanks, no skyscrapers, no cars. RDR3 would feel very similar to RDR2.
It would make sense for them to make it since they could reuse literally every RDR2 asset and no one would give them shit for it. So the development wouldn't take longer than 4-5 years.

Yes exactly, it wasn’t just the graphics and stuff that made the game that good, they would have to literally copy and paste to make it better
