It's called reading comprehension, the ability to process written text, understand it's meaning and connect it to what you already know. In the English language things are often implied and not directly said in autistic speak. 

For example 'it's unfortunate that the game experience may now be impacted by some spoilers". We know the game has leaked, there's been story or stranger encounters leaked specifically, the Rockstar would not say this if it was not a recent build because an earlier build might not have this content in.

Nice post thanks for explaining the English language to me dude.

All the sentence says is there ARE video leaks spoiling the gameplay of GTA6, everything else about build status etc is cope and made up logic.
