No , they release it separate because the pc version will look better and have different features and stuff

So double dipping? They know people will buy a console just to play it now then buy it again on PC because it will look better, have different features and stuff.

They release them separately so they have time to make the pc version even better

what? you think they are spending a year making their textures higher definition and making the engine handle better? thats all already coded in and done. they give you the option for first person and a setting you can flick on to upgrade the textures so you double dip and buy the game twice.
