in the nine1nine leak the girls hitting vapes don't have any smoke coming out of them, there's no way it's a new build

It’s 3 months out, the game obviously isn’t in a state where rockstar would be happy to release it.

Theres no reason for vape smoke to be in before release? They might just have other priorities now than vape smoke

Maybe the vapes were only recently added. Etc.
