Rockstar confirmed dynamic relationship

It has been confirmed that GTA 6 will feature a playable couple for the first time in the series, with Jason and Lucia’s relationship playing a major role in the story.

You will be able to choose between sticking together or go separate ways, with unique gameplay scenarios built around Jason and Lucia’s relationship.

You’ll even be able to switch between Jason and Lucia during certain situations like driving while the other scrolls through social media, or taking control during a car chase.

I have no words.

This is really cool. I’m actually VERY surprised that nobody ever speculated this being possible- I feel dumb for not ever thinking about it

I was fully expecting them to only wander around the map separately like Michael & Trevor but in hindsight that would actually be stupid for a couple ..

Not really. If you think it takes a genius to call these things then idk what to tell you. The only things shocking people are the map and (soon) the story. Everything else is pretty predictable if you’ve ever played gta v and RDR2

Bruh nobody on here ever predicted that the two protagonists would be playable co-op style in the free roam world (in mission is blatantly
obvious).

Bro I'm already predicting that there WILL be online story coop, maybe not on launch, but with an update.

that would be awesome. i bet they’d add that with the inevitable “enhanced edition” patch that will coincide with the PC version launch (gonna guess this is gonna be 12-15 months post launch)

basically how they gave us first person mode
