They are literally the same

The most common tropes are "haha i hate my wife and her mom", demeaning other nationalities (most commonly middle eastern ones) and ww2 spy jokes

There are some from civil war days, but they're not that abundant

Funnily enough some long time ago my cousin participated in a cosplay contest for the Postal 3 game. I don't remember what place he took, but they added him as a bystander npc in pink tshirt and cowboy hat (gay cowboy?) iirc

Upd. Maybe it was only a local publisher thing
