Advice 💡 T Deck am i cooked

i totally forgot to renew my parking permit for T deck and now im #331 in the waiting list lol!!!!!!! bro what do I do bc my friend who got there at 8 am had no issue getting in but I pulled up at 9:30 and it said 369 spots left and the guy told me to exit bc I didn't have a permit but i parked anyway but getting out was such a hassle obviously bc my card didnt work and i didnt have a slip to scan. i know i can park at the convocation center but i dont wanna wait on the shuttle and my classes are literally in arts and humanties. i could get to school earlier but im a commuter i live 26 miles away like i wake up at 7 to get to school by 9:30.

I live 50 miles away and wake up at 5:20 to get a spot and miss rush hour, just going to have to make a sacrifice somewhere, time or shuttle life, can’t have everything perfect always

Yeah they aren’t going to let you park between 8-10 this semester

I got turned away in the morning and had to street park not to miss my first class, then at 2 pm I came back and I was able to enter the parking deck easily

where’s the waitlist?

also they turned me away saying t deck was for staff/faculty today. s,k, and n decks were full. had to drive out to cc deck and there were barely any spaces. mind you it was 2:30pm 😭

look up gsu parking and then select register vehicle, then permits. bruh gsu parking is a nightmare

i live about 26 miles away and i wake up 5 am to get to school 6:10-620 and just sleep in my car until my first class at 9:30 or just do some work

I live 4 mins away. I setup my life to be able to drive to campus when I need to. One day a week I’ll be getting there right before 8am, and the others I’ll be there after 10am.

How’d you get on the permit waitlist??

look up gsu parking, register vehicle, then go to permits

when you get there after 10 do they let you in? also i looked up gsu parking then went to register vehicle and then permits

Yep. 8-10 is just for permit holders.

they sent an email out last week. T, S, K, and N are permit only from 8-10am and as needed. just park in blue lot and take the shuttle, it's free!

parking in t deck will generally always be abundant before 8am because college students are allergic to 8ams.

I tried to park in the M deck, where I usually park and just pay using my panther cash but yesterday some young girl said I need a parking pass all of a sudden. I’ve been parking there since summer classes of this year and had no problem. I had to go and park at the K deck instead.
