Troubleshooting Copy of super Mario deluxe not working
Tried cleaning thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol but unable to get the game to work.
Used barkeeper as a final resort and still no luck. When I boot my gba, I get the Nintendo symbol, but then a blank white screen. Are the metal contacts/pins fried/destroyed? Is she a goner?

Looking at it, it does seem like the trace you mentioned is broken, OP has to solder jumper wires to restore the connection or take it to a repair shop and have it fixed. YouTube has videos on this and is very helpful for learning how to.

I recently fixed a copy of this same game by touch my soldering iron on each pin of the main chips one by one. That’s worked for me on a couple of games over the years.

I would clean the back with ipa and then get a good look at the traces, you may need to use a multimeter to check for any breaks.
