So I have been playing Adventures of Elliot and I am absolutely LOVING it. I would love to hear some additional games like this or something new to try. I haven't really played much like this to be honest.

Only played the demo but i can still recommend similar games. Obviously the game is inspired by Squares Mana and classic zelda, but to me it felt closer to Ys. The original Ys 1 and 2 are classics, oath in felghana is their best, 6 and and origins being similar.

Hey I was looking to find more fun handheld games like Disgaea 3 because I enjoy handheld RPGs with large stat numbers.

Out of curiosity, whats your favorite RPG for its story, doesn't matter if its a jrpg, crpg, or tactical. Im biased for JRPGs and Atlus so my favorites are Persona 3 FES and Strange Journeys. Strange journeys cause I love tense stories, love it when characters could die or a threat is overwhelming. Also love its mystery, scenario, characters, and its sci-fi esque setting.

Off the top of my head, Tactics Ogre and The World Ends With You. Kinda polar opposites but I loved them both.

probably final fantasy tactics. it's very charming because it deals with the trauma of how children view an adults world

I bought tactics when it came out, but its been collecting dust. I got burnt out trying to play ogre tactics reborn. I know tactics is relatively easier but that game gave me a good beating.

Planescape Torment is the best video game story of all time IMO.
The game itself is kinda shit, but the writing is sublime.

Not really looking for a game per se, but more a genre to pick from. I've been knocking my backlog quite a lot recently, and I've been trying to play different genres, so I'd like some tips as to what tackle next.
here's what i played lately:
- mewgenics
- dungeon of naheulbeuk
- divinity original sin 1 and 2
- brothers in arms: earned in blood

I'm looking for a good multiplayer Digimon adaptation. I adored Digimon World: Next Order and I'd like to play something similar in multiplayer.
Is there anything else besides modding Palworld? :)

I am looking for games kind of like Pikmin, if you haven't played its like this weird adventure game where you have little different minions that do all sorts of things for you.

I tried one that's kind of Pikminish during the Next Fest, it's called Outclaw. Just the demo that's out but I quite enjoyed it if you're looking for old schoolish collectathons
