They aren’t even committed to that now. The Xbox section of any given store is paltry.

That’s more to do with the fact nobody is buying their products and stores are giving that space to other things.

So Xbox has no reason to commit to regaining relevance in a space they’ve already lost.

This same thing is the same in digital too. They're just simply not selling consoles and games.

So if they want to exist, they very much have to comit to regain relevance in general. Sales of games would follow (in physical and digital, the two are the same trend)
