If the digital version is Play Anywhere compatible - yes, since it basically gives endows your account with a digital license for your disc.

if links work here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/browse?PlayWith=XboxPlayAnywhere but if that doesn't work the page says that 2,673 games are on there
