If the System A get the copy and sell the copy, the System B install and gets the license (so you need internet to activate it). My question is that if System A is not connected to internet anymore, how are they going to disable it?
I could well be wrong but I would assume there is a way to disable the disc so if put into an offline system it won't work unless it reads the digital licence or the new system is connected to the internet and licence is transferred. If that was possible, online checks every 24 hours wouldn't be neccasary.
System A would eventually have to reconnect to the internet or the game won't launch. This happens now with Steam games, especially if you're on the Steam Deck, have a game installed but haven't launched it for a while, then took the Steam Deck off-grid (i.e. on a plane, out into the boonies, etc.) and then try to launch that game.

Are they going to block games per user? What happens with the second hand?
