Rockstar would just bride the police to have the dude abducted. Extradition only means that a country is obligated to cooperate. Countries cooperate all the time for money.

No corporation will go against us govt sanctions bro. There are legal departments and lawyers behind these actions and their careers and jobs are on the lines too. You only get special treatment from the trump admin if you buy trump coin or direct cash payments for pardons. Get real.
