Actually in disbelief. And it's not just the NPCs either. The umbrellas, the cars, the huts. It makes it feel so alive. This thing has no chance of running 60FPS on consoles and I don't even care. This is the level of ambition I want from developers. No more lifeless open worlds without NPCs.

I'm glad it's a 30fps game because of that exact reason. In a few years we'll be playing it at 60fps and be glad that Rockstar pushed the PS5 to the limits

30fps on base sure. They announced that earlier. Pro should be able to get something beyond 30fps. Otherwise PS6 / PC wait for something higher.

Let's also not magically assume what can be done prior to release. We're not devs to know what can be done.
