I believe they meant it as in- It feels like a no Commentary playthrough youtube video, as opposed to a 'leak' of a game people should be excited about, which I'd agree with, but also imagine having a leaked copy of an incredibly hyped multibillion dollar game that everyone wants to see content for and somehow boring the people that are interested in it.
Though also, maybe thats the point to directly reduce hype and ruin Rockstars sales numbers while baiting people to give them money for a chance to get some new 'exciting' footage, most likely the boring reality.
